Gen from the Genitorturers interview

by Big Robbo @ MamasFallenAngels.com on October 26, 2009

1GENHad the pleasure to talk to Gen from the Genitorturers recently, and when I say pleasure, I do mean pleasure. You’re gonna see her picture plastered around our site quite a bit here in the next few weeks, and I’m sure I won’t get any complaints. The Genitorturers are out on tour, have a new record being released VERY soon, and are very quickly making themselves known for music that comes with a live show that has no peer. We’re very happy that they stopped by our little neck of the woods. Ladies and Gentlemen, Gen from the Genitorturers:

Lee Pistolero of the Gypsy Pistolero’s Interview

by Big Robbo @ MamasFallenAngels.com on October 23, 2009

lpAs I continue to do these interviews with the people who make the music we love…I’m sure at some point I’ll run across an asshole or two. Just as I’ll probably run across somebody who everyone THINKS is an asshole, but is actually a cool guy. Then we’ll have people like Lee Pistolero of the Gypsy Pistoleros. A rare diamond in a sea of rough. An amigo of the Rock and Roll people. I consider Lee a friend, and I’m SO excited about everything the Pistoleros have going on. It’s gonna be a wild ride….I’m glad Lee let us on at the beginning. Ladies and Gentlemen….Lee Pistolero.

by Big Robbo @ MamasFallenAngels.com on October 22, 2009

Brian Vollmer recently got the 80’s lineup of Helix together and the new album, Vagabond Bones, is fantastic. He was kind enough to sit down and dish on what Helix has in store, as well as talk candidly about his time around a rock and roll legend. Brian Vollmer ladies and gentlemen.

Endeverafter Interview

by Big Robbo @ MamasFallenAngels.com on October 22, 2009

Endeverafter001Man…and I wanted to hate these guys. They’re young, they’re talented, they’re good looking—and they’re also sincere and very humble. Very nice fellas indeed, and certainly able to rock with the best of them. ALL the members of Endeverafter sat down with me yesterday, and it went great. Funny, loose, and informative. Then I let them get back their beautiful groupies and rock and roll lifestyle, and I went down to our kitchen and microwaved a pizza and heated up some coffee. Sigh…at least I get to TALK to rock stars anyway….Here’s the interview with Endeverafter:

It was a good…a VERY good interview. Marq’s making positive changes in his life (and reminds us that we should ALL try to make positive changes) and talks quite a bit about the AWESOME 10cent Billionaire. Here it is:

Testament’s Alex Skolnick Interview

by Big Robbo @ MamasFallenAngels.com on October 12, 2009

398px-metalmania_2007_-_testament_-_alex_skolnick_03

I was able to sit down with a HUGE hero of mine on Saturday afternoon, and it was a great talk. Alex Skolnick was around Testament from the beginning until the early 90’s, and he’s back with them now. I was a kid that used to kick Practice What You Preach and The New Order around quite a bit in the ol’ walkman, so this was a big deal to me. Make sure to check out some irons Alex has got in the fire via his blogwebsite, the Testament website, Myspace pages, twitter, and facebook. Alex Skolnick ladies and gentlemen:
